I’m Al Presco. I’ve been a real estate broker for over 25 years. I’ve been with GMC Realty for approximately nine years. I specialize in commercial real estate, handling 80% commercial and 20% residential transactions. I also handle many store rentals, condo units, and more. I’ve built several “spec” houses and have owned many rental properties.
I live in Bloomingdale with my wife, Janice, of 25 years. I originally bought our home as a family-friendly place for me and my youngest son, Aaron, back in the mid-’90s. I also have two grandchildren from my eldest son, Anthony.
Before real estate, I was in the printing business. I was president of a $100 million company with many national and international branches. We employed about 250 great employees.
My hobbies include landscaping, gardening, and stock trading. I once owned a seat on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CME).
